Norwich ATV

The Norfolk Repeater group in conjunction with the North Norfolk Repeater group are looking to put an ATV repeater in Norwich, possibly 23cm input and 13cm output.
What are you thoughts, can you help ?

We are currently looking at sites in Norwich.

We have some equipment but would need to look for funding / donations etc for other parts of the repeater system.

GB3NB Faulty

Hi site visit planned for GB3NB on Thursday 6th April to fix Hot / Audio fault.

Mark G0LGJ

UPDATE
Visited site with Andy G8VLL on site for approx 2.5 hours, Thanks to Andy 2E0G0L and James 2E0BMI for invoking the fault on the repeater :)
We have replaced a CMOS chip in the logic (TONE Generator) to see if this solves the problem.
If it does not we propose to have some down time to remove logic from site and investigate on the workbench.

UPDATE 20/5/10
Problem not resolved, IC's ordered and received, plan to take GB3NB off air on Saturday 22nd May PM to effect repair.

UPDATE
GB3NB back on air 24th May 2010 11:30. Logic repaired replaced 2 x IC's in audio line, tested ok on bench better test back on site. Will monitor.

UPDATE
27th May 2010 Seems as though it istill faulty ? although fault has changed will monitor.

ATV Repeater Norwich ?

As a joint venture the Norfolk Repeater Group and the North Norfolk Repeater Group (GB3TN / GB3NN) are in the planning stages of a ATV repeater in Norwich.
Is it required what would the interest be ?
We have poll running on the website please drop a vote in if you have time.
The repeater would possibly be 13cm out and 23cm which will enable easier TX from the home station.
